Terms And Conditions

Booking

Your booking is confirmed only when a deposit of $50 is paid to Chic Celebrations via Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. All deposits are non-refundable. This $50 deposit is to be subtracted from your total on the day before the event. Cash is accepted as well.

Client Responsibilites

The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable and safe set-up area for the equipment and cart.

Company Responsibilities

The company will deliver, set up, and clean up machine and the set up in a professional manner within the agreed upon time frame.

We will arrive 1-2 hours prior to event for set up.

Cancellation Policy

Chic Celebrations works hard to prepare your drink experience and secure your date date, therefore, all deposits are non-refundable. We can not accommodate an event theme that is less than 72 hours before event date.

Safety Policy

Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented, and protect all persons and property from injury or damage. Customer further agrees to waive, release and discharge any and all claims for injury, death, or damage against Chic Celebrations Orlando, which customer otherwise may be entitled to assert.

Damage Policy

Customer is responsible for any loss or damage to rental items regardless of cause or fault.

We have 72 hours after retaking or receiving possession of rented merchandise to assess its condition and determine whether damage occurred while it was in the possession of the renter.
